About
Built after shifts. Not after funding.
Albion OS was written while earning roughly £2,000 a month, paying ordinary bills, with no investors and no team. This page explains what that constraint did to the product.

01Where this came from
I didn’t build this with venture capital, investors or a large team. I built it while earning around £2,000 per month, paying my own bills, and documenting every step as I went.
That is not a marketing angle. It is the operating constraint that shaped every decision in the product, and it is the reason the systems look the way they do.
When you have no budget for mistakes, you don’t build something clever. You build something repeatable. Every stage had to work the first time, at the end of a shift, with nobody to delegate to.
02How it was built
One operational layer at a time. Build it, run it, write down what actually happened — and only then move to the next. The registers, checklists and decision logs now shipped inside the systems are the same ones kept during the build.
That sequence is why the systems are strictly staged. You complete one layer before the next becomes relevant. Nothing gets skipped, and nothing arrives before you have the foundation to use it.
03What Albion OS actually is
Not a course. Not a template pack. Not a folder of advice. Albion OS is operational architecture: sequential stages, registers, checklists and governed AI prompts, laid out in the order they need to be built, delivered as a complete Notion workspace you duplicate into your own account.
04Who it is for
People building in the margins of an ordinary week. Evenings, days off, a laptop, and a limited tolerance for wasted effort.
If you are working ordinary hours on an ordinary income and building this around a job — this was built in exactly those conditions, for exactly that person. The claim is not that it will be easy. The claim is that it has been done under the same constraints you have, and written down while it happened.
