05 / Complete suite · The three deepest systems

Albion “Full Stack” Bundle

One payment · Three Notion workspaces · Yours to keep

The Full Stack is the three deepest Albion systems in a single purchase: the full UK operating map, the creator-business system, and the process-first AI method. Each is a complete, standalone Notion workspace. They share one architecture — map before tools, manual first, three routes, human decides — so nothing is wasted when you move between them.

What you receive is a set of documented operating methods, procedures, prompts and operating registers with labelled examples to adapt and test in your own business. That is the dogfood. Operations stay variable: Lean, the Albion way, or Consolidated. Shopify is one storefront example. Wix, a lean manual stack or a platform such as HighLevel can carry the same map.

Entry Level is not in this bundle. It is the separate on-ramp — ten plain-English stages for first-time founders who want foundations before depth. If that is where you actually are, buy Entry Level on its own.

I — Albion “All in” UK OS

8 chapters · 13 databases · Service, digital and physical

The full operating map for a UK online business: offer, UK foundations, money and security, sale and delivery, acquisition, operating rhythm, AI and automation, evidence and governance. Two ways in — from zero, or already trading.

Includes the eight-chapter build path, working-record databases, Prompt Library, website draft contract, and the How to duplicate guide.

II — Albion Creator OS

9 chapters · Creator Home · Content, clients and rights

Build the business underneath the content. Positioning, offer, presence, distribution, enquiries, payment, delivery and records — with more depth on creator income, platforms, client work, sponsorships, rights, experimentation and identity.

Includes Creator Home, operating records, the Creator Prompt Library, and the Creator website draft contract.

III — Albion “AI Engineering Playbook”

12 chapters · 4 registers · Process first

Process → procedure → AI → test → control → operate. Map a real job, write its task contract, test the failure cases, connect only what is needed and keep a human gate. The procedure defines the job; the model is only the execution layer.

Includes three route runbooks, G-01 / G-02 / G-03 as a method to adapt, operating registers, the Playbook Prompt Library, and the website and AI interface draft contract.

What is not included

Albion “Entry Level” UK OS is not part of this bundle. The on-ramp remains a separate product for founders who want ten plain-English stages and six small databases before they take on the full operating architecture.

Who the bundle is for

  • A founder who wants the operating map, the creator layer and the AI method without buying them separately.
  • An owner already trading whose work spans a shop or service, content or clients, and AI-assisted processes.
  • Anyone who would otherwise piece the three systems together later — they already share one method.

How the three sit together

All in is the business architecture. Creator OS goes deeper where the offer is content, expertise or client work. The Playbook governs any AI or automation you attach to either. Use one workspace as the daily home; keep the others as the specialist maps they are.

Across the systems, the operating principles stay compatible across Lean, Albion modular and Consolidated routes. Change a tool without losing the logic. Bank, payment provider and official registers remain the source of truth. Notion organises copies, decisions and reviews.

What you receive

  • Three product access links, with delivery details supplied after checkout
  • Three independent workspaces to duplicate into your own account
  • Prompt libraries and website draft contracts for each system
  • How to duplicate guides so relations point inside your copies

What this is not

The workspaces supply guidance, procedures, prompts and operating registers with labelled examples. They do not install payment connectors, advertising pixels, live automations or AI deployments. Configure and test anything you connect in your own accounts. A completed checklist does not establish compliance.

This is educational and operational guidance. It is not personal legal, tax, accounting, financial, data-protection or regulated advice. Applicable requirements depend on your activity and circumstances. Check live primary sources and take qualified advice where a decision needs it. No revenue, time saving, AI accuracy or other commercial result is promised.

One payment of £197 through Shopify checkout. No subscription is created.

  2. Duplicate into Notion

Open each of the three Notion links in your order confirmation, sign in with a free or paid Notion account and choose Duplicate.

  3. Start where you are

Duplicate all three, then open the one that fits today's job: the operating map, the creator business or one AI process.

02 / Method

We sell the map. You choose the vehicle.

Every Albion system starts with the business, not the software: the functions that have to exist whatever you run them on. Principle, route and procedure are kept apart, so you can change a tool without losing the logic. Work by hand first, document it, repeat it — then automate only what's proven, with a fallback and a human sign-off.

Two ways in

Starting from zero

Each of the three has a from-zero path through the map, in order, before you pay for software.

Already trading

Document what already runs, compare it with the map and improve the weakest part first. Keep what works.

Three routes

  • A · LeanThe lawful minimum, run by hand with few subscriptions. Pay only to remove a bottleneck you've proven.
  • B · The Albion wayAlbion's own documented set-up, one tool per role. A worked example to learn from, not a shopping list.
  • C · ConsolidatedOne platform covering several roles. Convenience traded for modularity, so know how you'd leave.

The map stays the same on every route; only how much you pay for and automate changes. Mix routes by function and change later.

03 / Operating standard

Rules every system keeps.

  • Map

Business first, software second. If you can't explain the offer without naming a tool, don't buy one yet.

  • Manual

Do it by hand, document it, repeat it. Then automate only proven repetition — logged, with a fallback and an approval gate.

  • Evidence

Your bank, payment provider and official registers stay the source of truth. Notion organises what they say. A blank is not zero.

  • AI

AI drafts, explains and organises. It must not invent your facts, decide legal or money questions, or publish unchecked.

  • UK

HMRC, Companies House and ICO duties signposted to live official sources. Dated checks, not stale reprints.

  • Boundary

Educational and operational guidance, not advice. A completed checklist doesn't establish compliance.

Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.

05 / Before you buy

Questions, answered plainly.

How is it delivered?

By email, straight after checkout. Your order confirmation includes three Notion links, one for each workspace. Open it, sign in to Notion and choose Duplicate to copy the workspaces into your own account.

Do I need a paid Notion account?

No. A free or paid Notion account works. Notion is only the delivery layer; the method still makes sense on paper or in another tool.

What's in the bundle?

All in UK OS, Creator OS and the AI Engineering Playbook: three separate Notion workspaces, with a link for each in your order confirmation. Entry Level isn't included; it's the separate on-ramp. The bundle is £197, £24 less than buying the three separately (£221).

Does it install automations or AI?

No. You get guidance, procedures, prompt templates and record databases to fill in. Duplicating copies pages and databases, not credentials, schedules or automations. Anything you connect, you configure and test yourself.

Can I share it with my team?

Each purchase is a licence for one individual user, for use in their own business, so please don't share the link or the template. If more people need it, email support@albionos.co.uk about a multi-user licence. Full terms are in our Terms of Use.

Is this legal, tax or financial advice?

No. It's educational and operational guidance. What applies depends on your activity and circumstances, so check live official sources and take qualified advice where a decision needs it. A completed checklist doesn't establish compliance, and no revenue, saving or other outcome is promised.

What's your refund policy?

Access is delivered digitally straight after checkout. Cancellation and refunds, including how the 14-day cancellation period applies to digital content, are set out in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content aren't affected.

How do I get help?

Email support@albionos.co.uk with your order number. Every enquiry is answered within 48 hours. Support covers access, duplication and how the system is meant to be used — not advice on your own legal, tax or financial position.
