Cooling-off period
14 days from purchase
Refund window
5–10 business days to original method
Faulty digital content
Statutory remedies remain available
In one paragraph

You normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel. If you ask for immediate access, give prior express consent to supply beginning during that period, acknowledge that the right to cancel will be lost once supply begins, and receive confirmation of that agreement, the cancellation right ends when supply begins. Separate statutory remedies remain available if the digital content is faulty or not as described.

We want you to feel confident purchasing Albion systems. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we have a clear policy that balances customer rights against the nature of digital goods.

01The 14-day cooling-off period

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Our products are digital Notion templates supplied electronically. Your cancellation right is lost only where, before supply begins, you have expressly consented to supply starting during the 14-day period, acknowledged that this will end the right to cancel once supply begins, and we have confirmed that agreement. Mere access or use does not by itself replace those requirements.

02When refunds are available

  • You cancel within 14 days and supply of the digital content has not begun.
  • You cancel within 14 days and the required express consent, acknowledgement or contract confirmation for immediate supply was not properly obtained.
  • A refund or price reduction is required under your statutory rights, or we agree a refund as an appropriate resolution.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

03When refunds are not available

  • You change your mind after supply began with the required prior express consent and acknowledgement.
  • Your request falls outside the statutory cancellation period and no separate statutory remedy applies.

These exclusions do not affect remedies for digital content that is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

04Faulty or misrepresented products

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it does not meet those standards, contact us with the order number and details of the problem.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the available remedies can include repair or replacement and, where that is impossible or is not provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, an appropriate price reduction which may be up to the full price. Other remedies may apply depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your statutory rights.
