Albion Digital Operating Systems

Rev 2.0 / 2026

Built after shifts. Not after funding.

Albion OS is a range of complete UK business operating systems, built in Notion. Every stage in them was written while earning roughly £2,000 a month, paying my own bills, and documenting the build as it happened. No investors. No venture capital. No team. What you get is the system that was actually run — not a template of one.

01 / Evidence

Proof, not aspiration.

I didn't build this with venture capital, investors or a large team. I built it while earning around £2,000 per month, paying my own bills, and documenting every step as I went.

That constraint is the reason the systems look the way they do. When you have no budget for mistakes, you don't build something clever — you build something repeatable. Every stage had to work the first time, at the end of a shift, with no one to delegate to.

The system came first. The product is a copy of it.

Albion OS wasn't designed as something to sell. It was the infrastructure the business ran on. Packaging it came afterwards.

So this isn't a course, a template pack, or a folder of advice. It is operational architecture: sequential stages, registers, checklists and governed prompts, laid out in the order they need to be built. You complete one layer before the next is available to you. Nothing gets skipped.

If you're working ordinary hours on an ordinary income and building this in the margins of your week — this was built in exactly those conditions, for exactly that person.

02 / The range

Four systems. One architecture.

Each is a complete Notion workspace, built in sequential stages. Start where you are — every system leads into the next.

04 / Build log

Documented from day one.

Not reconstructed afterwards. Each stage in the range exists because it was written down the week it was built.

  1. Constraint

Roughly £2,000 a month, full bills, no runway. Every decision had to survive that.

  2. Method

Build one operational layer. Run it. Write down what actually happened. Only then move to the next.

  3. Record

Registers, checklists and decision logs kept at every stage — the same ones now shipped inside the systems.

  4. Governance

Every AI prompt paired with a manual fallback and an over-reliance audit. Nothing in the business depends on a tool that can hallucinate.

  5. Jurisdiction

HMRC, Companies House, ICO, GDPR, VAT and IR35 awareness written in from the start. UK terminology throughout — not US boilerplate.

  6. Release

Packaged only once the systems had been run end to end. The product is a copy of the working infrastructure.

07 / Before you buy

Questions, answered plainly.

01How is the product delivered?

Instantly. After checkout you receive access to your Notion workspace, which you duplicate into your own Notion account and make your own. No shipping, no waiting, no onboarding call.

02Do I need to be a Notion expert?

No. Every system includes a Welcome page and a How to Use guide, and the stages are deliberately sequential. If you can use a web browser, you can run an Albion OS. A free Notion account is sufficient.

03What is the difference between Entry Level and All in?

Entry Level is the five-stage on-ramp: foundation to first sale, deliberately light. All in is the complete twelve-stage architecture — automations, AI governance, finance, marketing engine and scaling infrastructure. If you are brand new, start with Entry Level; it leads directly into All in when you are ready.

04Is this legal, financial or tax advice?

No. All products provide operational and structural guidance only. UK regulatory content (HMRC, ICO, Companies House, VAT, IR35) is general educational awareness — always verify current requirements with official sources and qualified professionals.

05What is your refund policy?

As digital products delivered instantly, refunds are handled in line with our refund policy. Please read the full product descriptions carefully before purchasing — each page sets out exactly what is and is not included.

06Why should I trust a system built on a £2,000 income?

Because that is the constraint most people are actually building under. A system designed with a budget, a team and a runway assumes resources you do not have. This one assumes you have evenings, a laptop and a limited tolerance for wasted effort — and it was tested against exactly that.
